A Girl from Toledo made a great deal on a Ford Focus a couple of months ago. She has been getting great mileage and she has had no problems with her car at all.
She came into the GO Carlot office last week and sheepishly reported that she just didn't like her car. "There's nothing wrong with it, it runs great", she proclaimed. It's just not the kind of car she wanted to drive!
This young lady was surprised when Kevin asked what kind of car she really was interested in. She replied that an SUV, a Blazer, was a better fit for her. Kevin said that because she had been a good customer and had made her payments on time, that he would work out the details.
In less than a week she drove home in her Blazer.
